Join us at Calvin Crest’s Quilt and Watercolor Retreat in the beauty of the Sierras! The two retreats will run simultaneously and share meals, events, and worship opportunities.
Quilter’s choose to stay two or three nights and watercolor painters will stay two nights. Both will enjoy a weekend of creating, fellowship, spiritual inspiration, delicious meals, mini-workshops, fresh mountain air, and a spacious workstation in Lakeview Lodge (Quilting) or the Fireside Room (Watercolor).

What To Expect
Quilting: All levels of quilting experience are invited and welcomed. Participants should bring their own quilting materials, equipment, and supplies. Mini-workshops will be offered, and a local quilt shop will have a pop-up shop with plenty of extra supplies. Download the flyer to share with your friends!
Watercolor: Beginner and Intermediate painters are invited to come and learn about colors, tools, composition, and different approaches to watercolor. Local fine artist, Carolyn Hartling will create a great space to learn and grow as a painter. A supply list is included on the packing list.
All artists will enjoy fabulous food, inspiring devotions, optional activities, and sweet community together.

Registration
Online registration will open on September 29, 2025. Space is limited, so register early. If not filled, registration will close March 13, 2026. If you have questions or would like to register over the phone, please call us at 559.772.4040.
Packing List
A packing list is available below, and we will send a packing list to all guests upon registration.
Pricing
Rates are per person and include lodging, meals, workstation, and retreat activities. A $75 non-refundable deposit per camper is required with registration and will be applied toward the balance due. Final payment is due Friday, March 13, 2026. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made within two weeks of event.
